U.S. Marine Pfc. Edgar O. Benitez washes the tracks of an M1A1 Abrams tank April 14 at Gwangyang Port, Republic of Korea, during exercise Freedom Banner 2014. The tank, along with additional equipment were loaded onto the USNS 2nd Lt. John P. Bobo maritime prepositioning force ship following amphibious assault exercise Ssang Yong 14. For the equipment to be loaded onto the ship it had to go through extensive maintenance, cleaning, and agricultural inspections. Freedom Banner 14 is part of Marine Expeditionary Force Exercise 2014, an umbrella exercise which began March 10 and extended through April 17.
