Brig. Gen. Niel E. Nelson offers words of encouragement to staff and officers stationed on Okinawa during a ceremony June 5 at the Camp Foster Community Center commemorating their graduation from either the Expeditionary Warfare School or the Command and Staff College. The courses are part of a distance education curriculum for select federal employees, staff noncommissioned and commissioned officers offered by the Marine Corps University.
