Soldiers from the 439th Quartermaster Company, Middletown, Conn., set up a fuel station. The station will supply JP8, a petroleum-based fuel used for ground vehicles and equipment, for support of the Quartermaster Liquid Logistics Exercise, Fort A.P. Hill, Va. QLLEX 2014 is a joint forces exercise that 64 units at eight locations across the continental U.S. will deliver more than 3.25 million gallons petroleum and produce 479,000 gallons of water, designed to challenge and develop the battalion's staff military decision-making skills.
