Cmdr. Jennifer Donahue, Naval Mobile Construction Battalion Two Five (NMCB 25) commanding officer, and NMCB 25 Command Master Chief Michael Helgeson await the arrival of U.S. Army Col. Peter Andrysiak, 2nd Engineer Brigade commander, at Camp Phoenix, Afghanistan. Andrysiak was present to observe NMCB 25 operations and congratulate select Seabees on meritorious service. Members of NMCB 25 are in Afghanistan performing train and assist (TAA) and partnering operations to develop and sustain the specialty and general engineering capabilities of the Afghan National Engineer Brigade (NEB) in order to provide critical engineer skill sets to the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.
