A local sheik walks towards Iraqi residents in Al Qa'im, Iraq to help Iraqi soldiers from the 8th Division Iraqi Army maintain order while they hand out supplies, Dec. 18. Many of the Iraqis that receive the supplies are from the Al-Kinani tribe.
