Corpsmen with Shock Trauma Platoon, 4th Medical Battalion, Marine Forces Reserve, exit the area of an Army UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter with the New Mexico Army National Guard during a realistic casualty scenario as part of Integrated Training Exercise 4-14 here, June 9, 2014.
