Djiboutian Navy Chief Master Omar Doualeh orients a weather sensor with a compass to gather accurate wind speed and direction on Maskali Island, Djibouti, May 1, 2014. This is one of several weather sensors installed by the Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa Meteorological and Atmospheric Operations Center, Djiboutian Navy and U.S. Africa Command weather systems support cadre.
