U.S. Air Force Maj. Dr. Tina Burr, 911th Airlift Wing optometrist, Air Force Reserves, performs an eye exam for a patient during Tropic Care 2014 at the Eleele Elementary School June 20, 2014, in Kaua'i, Hawaii. Active duty, National Guard and Reserve airmen, sailors, soldiers and marines are able to train in a joint environment while providing medical care to patients during the exercise. Service members performing vision checks were also able to provide local community members a prescription and a pair of glasses if necessary and able, averaging 200 to 300 corrective lenses fabricated each day.
