Soldiers with Company D, 1st Battalion, 8th Infantry Regiment, U.S. Army complete some minor repairs at an Iraqi army check point before going on a community relations mission to Al Karama neighborhood in Mosul, Jan. 6. Major Ali, commander, 2nd Company, 3rd Battalion, 9th Brigade, 3rd Iraqi Army Division visited with several members of the neighborhood and discussed security issues with them.
