    An Iraqi soldier along with a U.S. Soldier with the 5th Squadron, 4th Cavalry Regiment, 2nd Brigade, 1st Infantry Division, U.S. Army dig a foundation for a flag pole in Ghazaliya, Iraq Dec. 30, 2008. The flag pole is being constructed to fly the Iraqi flag when the camp is handed over to the Iraqi government.
