A team of four Soldiers carries a 165-pound dummy, which they have to carry one mile to the M16 rifle qualification range, during the 2014 Army Reserve Best Warrior Competition at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J., June 25. This dummy carry took place just a few hours after the Soldiers finished an 8-mile road march with their rifles and 35-pound rucks. The two Soldiers on the front are Staff Sgt. James Thornton from Spartanburg, S.C., and Sgt. Juan Jackson from Lakewood, Wash. (U.S. Army photo by Sgt. 1st Class Michel Sauret)
