Cadet Breenen Doughty, from Todd Beamer High School, in the Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps, is hooked up to a safety harness by Staff Sgt. William Borego, with the Washington Army National Guard Recruiting and Retention Battalion, before rappelling from the second story of a training tower during a week long JROTC leadership camp hosted by the Washington National Guard, from June 23-27, 2014, at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash.
