Colonel Andrew Milburn, commanding officer, Marine Special Operations Regiment, U.S. Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command, speaks during the 3d Marine Special Operations Battalion change of command ceremony at Stone Bay aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, N.C., June 25. During the ceremony, Lt. Col. Eric D. Cloutier relinquished command of 3d MSOB to Lt. Col. Adam S. Conway. “I can’t choose my battalion commanders, but I’m overjoyed with the choice they (command slating board) have made in choosing (Conway),” said Milburn.
