Nicholas Aguirre, a military working dog handler with the Provost Marshal’s Office, demonstrates the power of a military working dog bite during a Lil’ Leatherneck Day aboard Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., June 27. More than 50 children of Marines and Sailors with Headquarters and Headquarters Squadron participated in the event, featuring stations for military police, military working dogs, Explosive Ordnance Disposal, air traffic control, Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting and the Indoor Simulated Marksmanship Trainer.
