Trenchard, a native of Hartford, Conn., participates in change of command ceremony at the Defense Distribution Center Susquehanna in New Cumberland, Pa., July 10, 2014. Trenchard relinquished command of the 4th Marine Corps District to U.S. Marine Corps Col. John A. Bolt.
