A Marine with 3rd Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment, India Company, uses the Distributed Tactical Communications System, experimental technology being tested by Marine Corps Warfighting Lab during Rim of the Pacific 2014 at Kahuku Training Area July 10, 2014.
