Col. Glen Moore, commander of the 45th Fires Brigade, Oklahoma Army National Guard, places the 45th FiB patch on a Soldier during a combat patch ceremony in Ramadi, Iraq. The ceremony is being conducted throughout the brigade, which is stationed in Iraq and Kuwait, and marks the first time that the 45th FiB patch has been authorized to wear as a combat patch. Guardsmen of 45th FiB have been conducting security operations in Iraq and Kuwait since November 2008 and are scheduled to leave this summer.
