During a friendly "futball" demonstration, an Iraqi man attempts to get a shot past the opposing goalkeeper during the match played in Baghdad's Sadr City District, Jan. 17. The game was played in front of spectators from the local government as well as Iraqi and American military leaders. Regular 6 Sports Complex, which played host to the contest, was recently opened following a nearly $500,000 project to refurbish and rebuild the site which was previously used as a launching site for Special Groups rocket attacks against central Baghdad.
