Indonesian marines move through the jungle on a reconnaissance patrol searching for opposing forces. The Indonesians, from various units of the Korps Marinir, trained with U.S. Marines assigned to India Company, 3rd Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment during Rim of the Pacific (RIMPAC) Exercise 2014. RIMPAC, the largest maritime exercise in the Pacific region, fosters military-to-military bonds by strengthening lines of communication and interoperability among participating forces.
