Pfc. Elisha Topete, a supply specialist assigned to Company D, 4th Battalion, 227th Aviation Regiment, 1st Air Cavalry Brigade, 1st Cavalry Division, performs the loaded step test during a gender neutral physical demands study at Fort Hood, Texas, July 17. Soldiers assigned to the division conducted various simulated combat engineer tasks in an effort to help create a standard for incoming applicants wanting to join the military.
