An information board staged with a static display explains, in Spanish, the capabilities of the M220E TOW missile system during a tour for distinguished visitors aboard the future amphibious assault ship USS America (LHA 6) in Cartagena, Colombia, July 17, 2014. The display represents the capabilities that the Marine Corps brings to America as a Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force during the ship’s maiden transit, “America visits the Americas.” A SPMAGTF is a balanced air, ground and logistics force that can be tailored to accomplish missions across a wide range of crises. Through partner-nation activities, key leader engagements and security cooperation activities, the visit aims at further strengthening our partnership in the region, increasing interoperability and building mutual trust between the U.S. and Colombia. The ship is scheduled to be commissioned Oct. 11 in San Francisco. (U.S. Marine Corps Photo by Cpl. Donald Holbert/Released)
