Wisconsin and Illinois middle and high school educators eat lunch in the USS Kennedy ship barracks' galley at Recruit Training Command (RTC) on Naval Station Great Lakes, July 24. The educators toured training facilities at RTC and Training Support Center (TSC) to see how civilians become Sailors and then acquire a job rating at many of the schools run by TSC. They also met with Rear Adm. Rich Brown, commander, Naval Service Training Command (NSTC), who oversees RTC, the Navy's only boot camp. (U.S. Navy photo by Scott A. Thornbloom/released)
