Members of Indiana Task Force One breach a concrete wall in a simulated collapsed parking garage during Vibrant Response '14 July 25. Task Force One uses power tools such as heavy chainsaws and pneumatic drills to penetrate thick concrete barriers and walls to complement search and rescue efforts.
