Two UH-60 Black Hawks from the Alaska National Guard's 1st Battalion, 207th Aviation Regiment, carries in paratroopers from the 1st Battalion (Airborne), 501st Infantry Division, 4th Brigade Combat Team (Airborne), 25th Infantry Division, U.S. Army Alaska, to act as the assault team during the U.S. Army with Alaska Joint Forces demonstration, July 26, 2014. Arctic Thunder is a biennial event hosted by Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska. Featuring more than 40 Air Force, Army and civilian aerial acts and an expected crowd of more than 200,000 people, it is the largest two-day event in the state and one of the premier aerial demonstrations in the world.
