Marines help each other remove mission-oriented protective posture equipment safely during a practical application evaluation as part of Reconnaissance Survey Detection Decontamination training July 18 at Marine Corps Air Station Futenma. Throughout the weeklong course, Marines learned chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear defense history, practiced how to effectively communicate a possible CBRN contamination over the radio, and became proficient in using detection equipment. The Marines are with various units assigned to III Marine Expeditionary Force. (U.S. Marine Photo by Lance Cpl. Abbey Perria/Released)
