York County Sheriff's Office Deputy, Sgt. Joshua Solomon applies an arm bar to an Army Reserve Soldier at the Basic Combatives Level 1, Train the Trainer course, in Charlotte, N..C. This is the first such course held at the 108th Training Command (IET) Headquarters. Both Army Reserve Soldiers and their civilian Law Enforcement counterparts were invited to the training held from July 21st through the 25th.
