U.S. Army Capt. Mark Gillman from 2nd Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division Engineers, Multi-National Division-Baghdad, inspects the foundations that were recently dug for an engineer project to begin at an electrical sub-station in the Abu Ghraib area of Baghdad, Iraq, Jan. 22. This project is due to erect power lines and deliver power to several miles of the outlying area and giving the much needed commodity to be available to the local populace.
