On June 16, 290th Joint Communications Support Squadron (JCSS) member U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt. Alfred Mester sets up a test shot on a pier in Cambodia to ensure the 290th JCSS team could maintain communications connectivity during impending inclement weather. Thanks to the team’s quick actions, the PP14 Mission Operation Center (MOC) had open lines of communication with those PP14 teams who were forward deployed to the various remote locations throughout the duration of the storm.
