Laura Hudec, a 7-year-old from Hampshire, Ill., participates in a kids life saving obstacle course held outside of the Coast Guard Sector Grand Haven Field Office during the Coast Guard Festival in Grand Haven, Michigan, Aug. 1, 2014. Hudec rescued "Oscar" the training dummy and properly put on her life jacket, earning her an "Honorary Life Saver" certificate.
