Chief Musician (Select) Joe McCarthy presents naval heritage training to the Annapolis area Chief Petty Officers and Gunnery Sergeants on the career of former Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Arleigh Burke at the U.S. Naval Academy Cemetery. Chief petty officer selectees visit the U.S. Naval Academy Cemetery during naval heritage training as part of their transition to the rank of chief petty officer. The selectees gave presentations about several historical figures of the U.S. Navy buried at the cemetery, to include former Chiefs of Naval Operations Adm. William J. Crowe, Adm. Elmo R.
