Cmdr. Robert Beauchamp relieves Cmdr. Paul Schlise during a change of command ceremony aboard the guided-missile destroyer USS Halsey (DDG 97) while at anchor in Victoria, Seychelles. Beauchanmp became Halsey's fourth commanding officer since the ship was commissioned in July 2005.
