Rear Adm. Mark Tidd passes through ceremonial sideboys with his family as he goes ashore one last time at the conclusion of the chief of chaplains change of command and retirement ceremony at the Washington Navy Yard for Tidd who retired after 32 years of faithful service. Rear Adm. Margaret Kibben relieved Tidd as the chief of chaplains, becoming the first woman to serve as the Navy's head of the chaplaincy.
