Jeffrey Dorvee, 1427th Transportation Bn, Queensbury, N.Y during a ceremony here Aug. 3, 2014. The decoration is traditionally awarded to German enlisted soldiers for weapons proficiency and is one of the few foreign awards approved for wear by U.S. military personnel.
