General James F. Amos, Commandant of the United States Marine Corps, talks to Marines with 3rd Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division, before attending a change of command ceremony held aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, N.C., Aug. 7.
