    Petty Officer 1st Class Duke Stuble lets students of Lycee Abdoulaye take turns learning about different musical instraments after his performance with the Diplomats, the Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Europe Band and CNE subset band, after thier performance in Sadji Senegal. The Diplomats are participating in Africa Partnership Station Nashville. APS is an international initiative developed by Naval Forces Europe and Naval Forces Africa, which aims to work cooperatively with U.S. and international partners to improve maritime safety and security on the African continent.
