The Diplomats, the Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Europe Band and CNE subset band, unload their equipment before a performance for the students of Lycee Abdoulaye in Sadji, Senegal. The Diplomats are participating in Africa Partnership Station Nashville. APS is an international initiative developed by Naval Forces Europe and Naval Forces Africa, which aims to work cooperatively with U.S. and international partners to improve maritime safety and security on the African continent.
