Cmdr. William A. Bullard III, commanding officer of USS Constitution, and Cmdr. Donald Gabrielson, commanding officer of the littoral combat ship USS Freedom (LCS 1), release a wreath from the stern of the WWII-era Fletcher-class destroyer USS Cassin Young (DD 793) during a Pearl Harbor remembrance ceremony. Cassin Young was named for Capt. Cassin Young who was awarded the Medal of Honor for actions during the attack on Pearl Harbor.
