Lt. Col. Brian Koch, VMM-162 commanding officer and Akron, Ohio native, shows and explains the MV-22B Osprey tiltrotor aircraft to North Carolina governor Pat McCrory during McCrory’s visit to Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, Aug. 8. McCrory recently signed Senate Bill 761 into law which gives service members the opportunity to transfer their military training into college credits though University of North Carolina and North Carolina Community College systems.
