Diplomats, military leaders and distinguished guests from Trinidad and Tobago are briefed on the capabilities of light armored vehicles to USS America (LHA 6) July 25, 2014. The tour included static displays from the Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force South, who is currently embarked aboard the ship in support of its maiden transit, "America visits the Americas." SPMAGTF-South is tasked with participating in the exchange of military knowledge and tactics with partner nations and will aid in demonstrating the flexibility, unity, and unparalleled expeditionary capability the Navy-Marine Corps team provides to our nation and partners.
