Soldiers in the 652nd Engineer Company out of Hammond, Wis., pick helmets-full of wild blueberries on Friday, Aug 8, 2014, after a hard days work, and sit them on the steps of the kitchen at the austere operations training center in Goose Bay, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada, hoping the cook will use them to make a tasty treat. More than 300 Soldiers who fall under, or are attached to, the 980th Engineer Battalion out of Austin, Texas, are here for their annual training as a part of Operation Northern Frontier, an exercise designed to assist the Canadian Forces with various projects throughout their training areas.
