Maj. Josh Nemitz, 746th Expeditionary Airlift Squadron, C-130 Hercules aircraft commander, performs a pre-flight inspection prior to a humanitarian airdrop mission over Iraq, Aug. 13, 2014, at a base in the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility. The humanitarian aid includes bottled water and food which was delivered to displaced citizens in the vicinity of Sinjar, Iraq.
