Sailors, assigned to the guided-missile destroyer USS Ramage (DDG 61), use a davit to lower a rigid-hull inflatable boat into the water during small boat operations. Ramage, homeported in Norfolk, Va., is on a scheduled deployment supporting maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 6th Fleet area of operations.
