Canadian Army Reserve Chief of Staff Brig. Gen. Kelly Woiden visited Fort Hunter Liggett, Calif., July 28, 2014, to observe Warrior Exercise (WAREX) 91 14-03 training with hopes to potentially send Canadian soldiers in the future. “This was a great opportunity to see how the U.S. does divisional training,” he said. “I was absolutely impressed.”
