A Latvian cook and Sgt. Curtis Chambers, a food operations sergeant, with the 46th Military Police Company, help prepare food dishes while Soldiers train at a range in Latvia. “They actually bring us real plates, real silverware, food, more food than we can eat. It’s over abundance. We absolutely love it,” Chambers said. The platoon receives three hot meals each day prepared by Latvians, in addition to housing and transportation resources.
