U.S. Army Brig. Gen. Robert A. Harris (left), Commander, 194th Brigade and Sgt. Roy Hayes inspect soil consistency while drilling a well in Dikhil, Djibouti, Feb. 20. Brig. Gen. Harris was on a five-day trip to Djibouti to visit his troops stationed here. Sgt. Hayes and the rest of the 775th Well Drilling Detachment fall under the 194 Bde., a part of the Tennessee Army National Guard. The detachment is deployed to Africa in support of Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa, the primary mission of which is to help Africans solve African challenges.
