Marines with Combat Logistics Regiment 2, 2nd Marine Logistics Group took to a training area at Camp Johnson, N.C., to refine their skills in fording and self-recovery operations Aug. 19, 2014. Self-recovery of the MK-28 7-ton truck involved hooking up the vehicle’s winch to a pulley, which allowed the Marines to pull the vehicle out of difficult terrain.
