Marines from Golf Co., 2nd Battalion, 2nd Marines and Romanian military police learned and practiced vehicle control point tactics and techniques during Black Sea Rotational Force 14 Aug. 28 at Mihail Kogalniceanu Air Base, Romania. Combat engineers and military police attached to the battalion demonstrated the techniques to the Marines and Romanian MPs. Skills such as how to detain and search personnel, how to stop on-coming vehicles and how to guide vehicles through vehicle control points were taught. Showing commitment to our allied partners though shared training was a key part of this exercise. (U.S. Marine Corps Photos by Lance Cpl. Ryan Young/ released)
