Edmundo Rangel Jr., High Intensity Tactical Training coordinator, Combat Center, explains the rules of the Bench Press Competition at the East Gym Fitness Center, Aug. 28, 2014. Each participant had to maintain four points of contact and perform the press with minimal movement. Three judges also monitored every press to make sure lifters were safe and following the regulations of the event.
