Pfc. Shane Olson, a Wasilla, Alaska, native and M249 Squad Automatic Weapon gunner with 3rd Battalion, 8th Cavalry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, prepare to assault a bunker during a training exercise June 11 at Fort Hood, Texas.
