U.S. Marine Corps Maj. Brian Psolka, the operations chief with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 265, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing (MAW) is presented the Order of Daedalians United States Marine Corps Exceptional Pilot Award by Brig. Gen. Steven R. Rudder, Commanding General of 1st MAW, at Marine Corps Air Station Futenma, Aug. 29, 2014. The award is presented annually to a Marine Corps pilot based on exceptional deeds performed to assure mission success, acts of valor as an aviator, or an extraordinary display of courage or leadership in the air in support of air operations.
